Invest in one of these cool sets and thank us later.
The nice weather is here and it’s time to break out the summer clothes! Between swimsuits, brightly colored shorts, lace tops and flowers, we love all the seasonal trends.
My personal favorite spring policy, however, is the two-part set. Aside from being absolutely momentary, two-piece sets are insanely versatile and offer you so many options, whether you wear the pieces together or separately.
Here are some of my favorites:
Left to right, top to bottom:
Matching shirts and bottoms, whether they combine top and shorts or shirt and skirt, are super cute and can be worn up or down. Do you need equipment for a family reunion or just a day out running errands? Look no further than a trendy two-piece set.
I also love that these sets are available in all possible styles. Whether you are girly, boho, preppy or modern, there are two sets for you.
The best thing? You can separate your two-piece sets and get an extra number of wardrobes from them. Below I will show you how to style them as a set and separate.
Dress your two-piece set
Two works can be surprisingly formal; you just have to choose the right one. This midi skirt and tank set, for example, would be appropriate for a summer wedding or a fine dinner.Just add bare heels and a perfect necklace for spring.
Dress down in a two-piece set
To dress down a double set, pair a pair of shorts and a top top with some cute strappy sandals, a cool hat and some stacked bracelets. This would be the perfect outfit for class, lunch with friends, the beach or any of your school’s spring events.
Now we’re getting further – the favorite part of the two piece skirt set is that you can separate them for extra wardrobe options. For this look, take a midi skirt from the first set and shape it with cute graphic jewelry and interesting accessories. With a few quick changes, you have a completely new, wonderful outfit that mixes casual and fine with ease.
Replace the bottoms
Here’s another mixed example: You can do the same with the second two-piece set by adding another bottom. Here I paired the gingham top with nice white jeans, then added classic shoes and a beautiful necklace for extra style points.
